Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the 111d platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the 111d website, mobile version or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

111d is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. In these Terms, "platform" refers to the 111d.cam website and all its services.

Account Registration

To open an account on the 111d platform, you must provide true, accurate and complete information. 111d reserves the right to cancel the account and seize the balance if registration is carried out using false or misleading information.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

If a user opens an account on the platform while under the age of 21, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The 111d platform currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All policies relating to transactions are discussed in detail below.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is successful, it will be added to your balance instantly.
• You must provide the correct payment reference number at the time of deposit.
• The mobile banking number must be registered in your own name.
• Transactions using a third party's mobile banking number are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Typical withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed on business days; however, 111d aims to process them as quickly as possible.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, 111d will communicate the reason via live chat.

Transaction Fraud

If any suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, 111d may immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

111d offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 in bets must be placed.
• Only bets placed using bonus funds will count towards wagering.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies for a specific validity period.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will only be converted to the main balance after the conditions are met.
• 111d reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is claimed abusively or fraudulently, 111d may cancel it.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

VIP Program

111d's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.7%, Platinum 1.0% and Diamond 1.2% weekly cashback. You can advance to the next tier by playing regularly and staying active on the platform.

Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on the 111d platform are conducted in an honest and impartial manner. Game results are monitored and no manipulation is carried out in favour of any party.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the affected round may be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• 111d reserves the right to correct any incorrect balance or result displayed due to a software or server error.
• If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, you must notify the support team within 24 hours.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Game data is stored on the server and server logs will be treated as final evidence in the event of a dispute.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the 111d platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, balance seizure and legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots or AI to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses under multiple accounts or identities.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Attempting to illegally influence game outcomes.
• Any activity that damages the reputation of 111d.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by 111d

111d may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to any breach of terms, suspicion of fraud or security reasons. In such cases, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, but only after the investigation is complete.

Closure by the User

You may request closure of your own account at any time via live chat. Please withdraw your available balance before closing your account.

Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
